1. Who we are

The website engagestorm.be is operated by Zeki Ayparçası, trading as EngageStorm (sole proprietorship), based in Heist-op-den-Berg, Belgium, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 1034.117.493 (“EngageStorm”, “we”). Contact: info@engagestorm.be · +32 456 94 28 30.

2. Scope

These terms apply to the use of this website. Our services and training are additionally governed by the quote and, where applicable, a separate service agreement. In case of conflict, the quote and that agreement prevail.

3. Information and prices

We take great care with the information on this website, but cannot guarantee that it is always complete, accurate or up to date. Prices on the website are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise, and may change. Only a written quote accepted by both parties is binding.

4. Our services and results

We carry out our assignments carefully and to the best of our ability (obligation of means). Rankings in Google, Google Maps or AI search tools and advertising results also depend on external factors such as algorithms, competition and budget. We therefore do not guarantee specific rankings, numbers of leads or revenue.

5. Ad budgets and external platforms

You pay advertising budgets directly to the platform concerned (such as Google, Meta or TikTok), whose own terms apply. Advertising and business accounts created in your name remain your property.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logos and images on this website are protected. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use. Rights to the work we deliver for clients are set out in the quote or agreement.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from the use of this website, its temporary unavailability or the content of third-party websites we link to. This limitation does not apply in case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law prohibits such a limitation.

8. Consumers

If you are a consumer, the mandatory rights you have under consumer law – including, where applicable, the right of withdrawal – remain fully applicable.

9. Personal data

Read how we handle your personal data in our privacy statement.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the courts of the judicial district of Antwerp, without prejudice to mandatory rules protecting consumers.
